What is EFT?

EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques. EFT was developed and introduced to the general public in 1995 by engineer Cary Craig. EFT is an emotional freedom technique. You could say that EFT is a form of acupressure to release and unblock negative emotions. EFT is a fast, safe and extremely effective technique that produces lasting and even permanent results and a sense of well-being that you may not have achieved with other therapies. The great thing about EFT is that once you have learned the basics, you will be completely self-sufficient and will be able to use it on a daily basis as a first aid kit to alleviate small physical ailments and unpleasant emotional sensations. EFT is a simple technique that can be applied immediately and is very effective on children because they don't have the mental and ego barriers that we adults have. For more serious problems, it is essential to consult a practitioner experienced in EFT and in emotional decoding who will, through in-depth work and thanks to the Inner Peace Protocolremove and clean the root of your problems

How does EFT work?

« The cause of any negative emotion is due to a breakdown in the body's energy system »

Let's use the television metaphor to explain how EFT works. Negative thoughts create a ZZZ (like static electricity in your TV) in your energy system which creates a physical or emotional response in the body. After a careful diagnosis, you can either change the defective part of your television set, or change all the circuits without distinction and treat the place where the ZZZZ occurred. This is what EFT offers you.

Here's how EFT works in practice

In EFT, the body's energy system is balanced by gently tapping the entry and exit points of the meridians with the middle and index fingers. Tapping vibrates the area and ensures that the acupuncture point is covered. While tapping on each of the points, you will have to say a short sentence of affirmation which is called a reminder sentence in order to specify to the unconscious the problem to be treated. By tapping in this way while verbalising and thinking about what is disturbing you, bothering you and blocking you, you balance the disturbed meridians.

You retain the memory of the event that disturbed you but no longer feel the emotional charge associated with it.

EFT is easy to use and very effective.
